Egg Plant Parm Hoagies

Lasagna
Eggplant
Pasta sauce
Mozzarella cheese grated
Tomato chopped
Onion chopped
Garlic minced
hot pepper minced
Hoagie Rolls

First cook the lasagna as you normally would, fill up a pot of water add some oil and salt and cook till they're nicely done. Once done, drain and chop them into little pieces. Meanwhile in a non-stick pan cook and prepare the sauce. Put in some oil and throw in the onion and garlic, cook till they're brownish shade, not too dark. While that's cooking, chop up the eggplant, put it in a microwavealbe bowl and add some water in it, then cover either with a wet napkin or a lid and microwave the eggplant this is the easiest and fastest way to cook ur eggplant. Cook for about 1-2min depending on your quantity and check to see how they look, they should look boiled/broiled. Back to the sauce on the pan, add in the pasta sauce and spices to your liking. Add in the hot pepper, eggplant and the Pasta sauce and get a nice thick veggie sauce going. Finally when ready add in the chopped lasagna and mix in the grated cheese.

Stuff the hoagies in the middle and add some more cheese on top and cook in oven for like 5min at 325 degrees, and serve.

Grease Truck Hoagies (aka Fat Veggie/Indian)

Falafel patties
Mozzarella sticks
French Fries
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Cheese
Hot sauce
Marinara sauce
Hoagie Rolls

Prepare the 3 things (falafel patties, Mozzarella sticks, and French fries). For Falafel patties, get those ready made mix, and jus fry those 1st, then fry your mozzarella sticks and French fries (can use the frozen ones) Once you have that ready, Slice the hoagie roll in 1/2 as if you were making a sandwich and stuff the roll with everything, Best way to do is to put in the Patties, sticks and fries in 1st and top them off with marinara sauce and hot sauce to they're nicely flavored. Then top it off with Yellow cheese, add the lettuce, tomato and onion on top and add lil more marinara sauce and hot sauce, then fold the hoagie roll and squeeze it nice and tight so that everything is stable when you go and eat it.
